Are you fun to work with?

Go back in time. Recall teachers or early supervisors who stand out in your memory.
You may remember them because they inspired and motivated you to be your best. Maybe you remember feeling that you would have done anything for them.
What did they do, specifically, to capture your loyalty and respect?
On the other hand, you may remember teachers or supervisors whom you despised.
You resented things they said or did which demolished your confidence or your sense of fair play.
These are the people who have shown you exactly who you DON’T want to be.
Recall classmates or team members too. List their specific behaviours that left a positive or negative impression on you.
Here’s the hairy question:
How are people going to remember you, when asked to reflect your behaviour towards them?
