Clinical Supervision & Integrative Therapy
Clinical Supervision
As a Clinical Supervisor, I am always aware of my responsibilities to my supervisee, to the clients in the supervisee’s care, and to the organisation which employs the supervisee.
I am, in turn, a teacher, mentor, coach, and co-therapist. As I regularly evaluate my supervisees, I encourage you to evaluate my approach with you.
Supervisees of all levels and backgrounds choose me because of my broad range of experience, integrating a wide range of therapies. Many supervisees are attracted to my work because of the unique spiritual interventions I have developed.
I liberally share with you the variety of handouts, worksheets and tools I have developed for my clients and courses. Where required, I develop, on the spot, a unique process for you to use with your client.
In addition to case presentation, the supervision processes may include audio or video and live observation.
My Integrative Approach
In a true Person-centred approach, I believe each client is unique. I integrate aspects of various therapies to suit individual needs and styles. My approach is trauma-informed and, where requested, includes spiritual interventions.
