Time to live a soulful life through your higher self
What is my higher self. How do I find it? And how do I make my higher self an every day thing?
You have several ‘selves’ or aspects that make up the whole ‘you.’ Your higher self is one of them.
There is your unconscious self in which you hold your fears or strengths and secret desires. All of these become unconscious drivers that control your behaviour without you understanding why. Of course you can’t – because they are unconscious. Your saboteur lives in your unconscious.
There there is your conscious self which is your basic self – the one that goes through daily activities as best you can.
The third aspect is your higher self or soulful self – the one who has all the wisdom, insights and enlightened knowledge. Your soulful self speaks to you through your intuition.
Your soulful self understands that your purpose in life is to be the best you can be in order to serve – to play your part in making the world a better place. To do that, you need to work on overcoming your fears and your soulful self will tell you (if you listen) when your behaviour is driven by old issues you need to bring into your awareness.
As you progress, you’ll be stronger, wiser and more powerful. Your higher self knows you better than you think.
There’s a quote found from Clarissa Pinkola Estes, an American Author, Poet and Psychologist.
