A story from a daughter about her gay dads

People are born equal

In November 2012, Miss Sophia Bailey-Klugh wrote a letter to President Barack Obama about people at school making fun of her gay dads. And thanking him for his support of gay marriage. Daughter’s view gay dads

Interestingly, President Obama responded and mentioned that no two families are the same. And that America celebrates diversity and that what matters above all is the love we show one another.

He went on to say that our differences unite us.  In America, people are born equal and that a good way to treat others is to treat them as you hope they will treat you.
