Are you fun to work with?
People who are fun to work with are great motivators.
You may remember them because they inspired and motivated you to be your best. Maybe you remember feeling that you would have done anything for them. People who are fun to work with are worth their weight in gold.
What did they do, specifically, to capture your loyalty and respect?
On the other hand, you may remember teachers or supervisors whom you despised.
You resented things they said or did which demolished your confidence or your sense of fair play.
These are the people who have shown you exactly who you DON’T want to be.
Recall classmates or team members too. List their specific behaviours that left a positive or negative impression on you.
Here’s the hairy question
How are people going to remember you, when asked to reflect your behaviour towards them?
